The Space: With five bedrooms total, the master has a king-sized bed and attached bathroom, bedrooms 2 & 3 each have queens and are located on the main floor, while the 4th bedroom has 2 Queen beds, and the 5th has 2 Twin beds and both are located in the fully finished basement. The house will allow 7 to enjoy their own bed, or it can sleep up to 12 with beds being shared. We also have 2 air mattresses and 1 porta crib available if needed. Enjoy everything this 2 acre space has to offer. Patio, BBQ, outdoor seating, gas fire pit and plenty of yard to enjoy. Finish each day soaking in the 6-person hot tub on the back patio with plenty of privacy that this large back yard provides. The detached garage has a full fridge (water and ice maker do not work), standard size pool table, foosball table, bar, bar stools and dart board. The kitchen contains all of the necessities for you to prepare meals at home. It's perfectly equipped by a SuperHost who wants nothing more than for you to have a delightful experience in your home away from home! We've equipped our home with all of the comforts you might expect (including an 65" TV in the main room, a 55” in the master and a 65” in the basement, high-end appliances and plenty of pillows), but we also have small touches like, board games for the kids, puzzles, visitor guides, a pack and play, high chair, books and a well stocked kitchen . We've tried to think of everything we might want (and need) -- and tried to bring it to YOU for your comfort and enjoyment. The house is located within walking distance to several shops, restaurants, bars, breweries and grocery stores. To see which ones are close by just search near the Happy Valley Fred Meyer on Sunnyside as we are 1/2 mile from Fred Meyer. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire home and property except for one locked room in the basement that we use for linen/supply storage and the small white pump house in the back, where we store our outdoor supplies and tools. The Neighborhood: The Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We are right next to an elementary school, but it is further back off the road and we do not hear the children playing at the house unless we are outside. We are less than 1/2 mile from shops, restaurants and grocery stores, 18 miles from downtown Portland and 40 miles from the ski slopes on Mt Hood. Getting Around: You will need a car to get around.
