Port Noarlunga is a picturesque seaside village located approximately 30 kilometres south of Adelaide and perfect to swim, kayak, snorkel, dive and fish. The red sandstone beach cliffs, long jetty and reef, make it one of the iconic diving destinations in the state. The off-shore Port Noarlunga Reef and aquatic reserve forms part of the Encounter Marine Park - a divers and snorkelers paradise and also viewable from the end of the jetty. The reef is home to more than 200 species of marine plants. The safe swimming beach is patrolled by the Port Noarlunga Surf Lifesaving Club over the warmer months and also forms part of the Mid Coast regional surfing reserve - Australia's first! Split over 2 levels, this residence will accommodate up to 10 guests, easily sleeping a set of parents upstairs in the main bedroom and another downstairs with a choice of two double rooms each featuring queen beds. Another bedroom downstairs contains 2 bunk beds where the kids will sleep. Occupying the majority of the upstairs level, the large, open plan kitchen, living and loungeroom look out onto the most wonderful, uninterrupted ocean views. With full length balcony also taking in the sea vistas, youll be forgiven for never wanting to return home. Being conscious of our world also extends to not only all the cleaning products used in the home but also to the body wash, hand wash, shampoo and conditioners we provide for you. Bedroom setup. Upstairs is the main bedroom with Queen bed, ideal for a set of parents together with a modern and spacious bathroom nearby featuring a large, corner spa. Two additional bedrooms, each with queen beds, are downstairs. Whilst bedroom 4 , also downstairs, features 2 sets of bunk beds. Theres another bathroom on the ground level together with a full laundry containing additional bathroom facilities together with washing machine and dryer. A few things you need to know. We are generally only able to offer a minimum 2 night stay but unfortunately this is not possible over long weekends or during peak periods such as Easter and Christmas. Please check the minimum lengths of stay during these periods. Unfortunately we dont allow pets, and there is strictly no smoking permitted inside the home, or on the deck or balcony areas.
