NO SMOKING ** we are pet friendly, if your pet damages the suite you are responsible for damages. Please do not bring your dog if you plan to leave your dog in the suite for extend periods of time. We do not want dogs left in the suite barking for hours” ** Please note this space is attached to our family home and we have young children, we just ask volume is on the lower end inside the unit past 10-11pm,** you are welcome to use the hot tub at all hours. **Our kids are early risers we will try to keep the volume as low as possible in the morning but there is always the possibility you may hear the kids footsteps above the unit** Guests are welcome to suite, shared deck with lake views and hot tub Living On site available for any needs and wants. Suite is connected to family home, we have 2 small children under the age of 5 we ask that volume is on the lower end past 10-11 pm inside the until, you are welcome to use the hot tub at all hours Please understand that noise can be possible in early morning although we try to be accommodating as possible. Park with Playground, Basketball Court and tennis Court located across the street, sledding in winter. Harmony Golf located within a 1 minute drive/5 minute walk. Public Beach and Ferry to Burlington VT in summer months 5 minute walk. Ausable Brewing Company 7 minute drive. Ausable Chasm 7 minutes Many Adirondack hiking mountains located within an 45 min- 1hr Amtrack Station and Ferry locates within walking distance. 1 private parking spot available, multiple spots available in shared driveway Children and friendly dogs on premises Special Arrangements can be made upon request
