The Space - As you enter through the driveway, you are surrounded by lush tropical gardens, and ultimate privacy. Be welcomed by the cute, friendly chickens, have fun feeding them & collecting their eggs to enjoy for your delicious breakfast. Enjoy plenty of cuddles with the miniature Galloway cows. So cute! You will be in awe from the moment you step foot out of the car and take in the exquisite scenery surrounding you. The 15m magnesium swimming pool is the centrepiece of this stunning property. Boasting many health benefits, after a swim in this lovely pool you will be feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Looking to soothe your muscles, reduce inflammation, regulate your breathing, lift your mood, or even increase your energy levels? The freestanding ice bath will do just that! Lay down your mat on the lovely paddocks and create a peaceful space for some meditation & yoga, then sweat out your toxins in the infrared sauna. Bring your horses along for the holiday, there are stables adjacent to the house along with ample space for your horses to feel at home. Enjoy skateboarding? There is a halfpipe on the property guests are welcome to use at their own risk. *Please note LJ Hooker Kingscliff nor the Owner of the property hold no responsibility for any accidents on this equipment* The House - The gorgeous farmhouse is fitted out comfortably with everything you need for your stay. Your open plan living area features a lounge suite, smart TV and bifold doors which open out to the covered patio area. Your fully equipped kitchen includes an electric cooktop, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, double filtered water, instant hot/cold water and breakfast bar. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Bedroom 1 consists of a Queen size bed and ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 includes a Bunk bed (2 King Singles), plus a Single size bed with a pull up Trundle underneath. This bed can be made into a King size bed upon request. There is a bathroom on this floor including a bathtub with shower overhead. Please note there is a step into the bathtub. The showers are not wheelchair accessible or suitable to elderly people however if you prefer to shower under the stars there are 2 easily accessible hot/cold outdoor showers for your use. The top floor features your luxurious parents’ retreat. The room is generous in size and set up with a King size bed, plus a fold out sofa bed (double) 2 ceiling fans, air conditioning, ensuite and private balcony overlooking the breath taking backyard. Explore all this property has to offer and wander down through the backyard into the paddocks, picnic by one of the damns, or explore Christie's Creek down at the boundary line of the property. Enjoy the best of both worlds with Pottsville Beach only a short 9-minute drive away, Cabarita Beach only 12 minutes & Kingscliff Beach just a 17-minute drive down the road.
