The Old Post Office: sleeps 10 (max 8 adults) in 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), sitting room, dining room, kitchen, downstairs WC. Kitchen Farmhouse style kitchen with electric range cooker, integrated fridge and freezer, dishwasher, sink overlooking the gardens, microwave, coffee machine. Sitting Room Double aspect room with comfortable seating for 8/10, gas effect woodburning stove, Smart TV Dining Room Large dining table seating 8/10, stairs to first floor First Floor The Green Room (sleeps 2+1) king size bed (trundle bed available on request), bedside tables, chest of drawers, hanging space The Pink Room (sleeps 2) king size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, hanging space. En-suite shower room with WC, wash hand basin and shower Bedroom 3 (sleeps 2) double bed, desk and chair, shelves, hanging space, views to the garden and orchards beyond Bedroom 4 (sleeps 2+1) twin beds, hanging space, trundle available on request Family Bathroom with freestanding bath, separate shower, WC, wash hand basin Outside Landscaped gardens with an abundance of mature trees, large lawned areas ideal for children to play, hot tub overlooking the gardens and orchards surrounding the gardens. December 2021: The garden has undergone recent landscaping to include seeding of lawn, therefore the lawned areas will not be accessible until Spring 2022. Hot tub and patio can still be accessed. Parking area for 4 cars Towels and linen are provided (including hot tub towels). Wifi Welcome basket of local produce. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 9am. Please note if using the hot tub outside of these hours to be respectful to our neighbours in relation to noise. Please note loud music is not permitted due to neighbouring properties. Stag parties are not permitted. Dogs are to be kept off all furniture and downstairs at all times. Please note additional pet fees of £30 per pet per week (or part of) apply. Please note Bedroom 4 (twin room) has low head height. Please note check in is 3pm and check out is 10am.
