Brand new Luxury Katahdin log cabin, 3 bedroom 4 /12 baths, Stunning fireplace

Welcome to our brand new Katahdin cedar log cabin which sleeps up to 12. This home was just finished in 2021. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and the finished basement has a full bathroom too. There is a 1/2 bathroom with washer and dryer on the first floor. The 3 bedrooms have queen beds, the loft has 2 extra long twin beds, and the finished basement has a bunk bed with full mattresses. You walk into the mudroom which has a natural wooden bench with hooks to hang your belongings. When you enter the living space you will find an island and a stunning kitchen. The living room has a amazing floor to ceiling fireplace for those cozy nights. The first floor master has cedar ceiling beams with rustic furniture. The master bathroom is equipped with 2 shower heads. The second floor has 2 bedrooms with full bathrooms which are decorated to match the cabin feel. The open loft offers a great view of the living area and you can hear the sounds of the crackling fire. The open lower level has a 70 inch Samsung smart TV, a fun leather couch, a pool table, card table, bunk beds and a full bathroom. The front deck has a new grill and rocking chairs. There is a stone fire pit to the left of the house and plenty of wood to burn. There is a snowmobile path in the back yard. Great for riding and walking all year. This is an amazing house. This is not a house for large groups that want to party. Our heart and soul went into building this house. We hope you love it as much as we do. ****I recommend rental insurance via VRBO. It’s a 7 minute drive to Bretton Woods Ski Resort & 13 minutes to Cannon Mountain. It’s a 10 minute drive to the quaint town of Bethlehem and 25 minutes to the town of Littleton with all amenities, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, Walgreens, TJ Max, diners and cafes. 40 minutes to Santa's Village, Clark's Trained Bears, Polar Caves, Storyland, Mount Washington Auto Rd. 15 minutes to the Flume Gorge, 22 minutes to Whale's Tale Waterpark, and 10 minutes to the world famous Omni Mount Washington Hotel. Snowboard, ski, flyfish, swim, hike, hunt, mountain bike, snowmobile, or just enjoy the sites of this great New England Region.
