Exclusive house with private boathouse

Exclusive living on Lyrön (80 km north of Gothenburg). The house is 185 square meters with a fantastic sea view with only 80 meters from the sea and ferry to the island every 30 min. Private boathouse, so why not start your day with swimming in the ocean. Your guest can also come with boat to visit you.
