We have parks, shopping, great restaurants, lake sunsets, walking, biking, hiking, comfy beds, a pool, hot tub, and allergen friendly home. Ideally located just 7 miles west of I-85 off exit 115 and 6 miles East of GA 400 and 45 min. Northeast of ATL. The Space: Home includes spacious bedrooms, spacious living room, Large Sun Room/Playroom, Great private backyard for playing/relaxing. 3 TV's equipped with Apple TV's. Wireless internet throughout home. 2 sided gas fire place. Air purification, Allergen friendly washing machine system, Chlorine free filter showerheads on all showers. Guest Access: Front door is keyless entry for you to come and go as you please. Easy access from driveway. The Neighborhood: We live on a private street with a cul-da-sac and no HOA association. Just outside of town about 2 miles. Very quiet and relaxing in the back yard and home. Getting Around: We are easy access to I85 or GA 400 (US19) via Hwy 20.
