It says no parking on the signs, but that's only to keep neighbors from parking there. Enter through the left gate off Van Water Street where the no parking signs are, not the corner gate leading to the main house. That's the full-time tenant's entrance. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
