The Space: The house is located only 5 minutes drive away from the beach and 1 km from Nieuwpoort-harbour. You can really call this a unique place to stay with all comfort you need and total privacy! The house is decorated with love and care, has all comfort you need and has everything you need to make your stay at the sea-side perfect. The living-room and kitchen is located on the ground floor wit a large garden oriented towards the west and offers you 100% privacy. On the first floor you have 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an extra office-room with des and chair. It’s fully decorated, so rest assured, everything is in a good condition and all comfort is present! We offer you a fantastic bedroom so you will dream like an angel, fast Wifi to look up everything you need and a bathroom with a spacious shower and bathtub. There is no TV available but both the house and Nieuwpoort offer enough distraction to forget it's absence. The house also has a fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare your own food or drinks, a spacious breakfast and dining area with large table for 6, has a cozy living room area with full access to the garden with a garden with a large terrace to enjoy the sun the whole day! Two bedrooms have a kingsize double-bed and the third bedroom features a comfortable single bed allowing 5 persons to enjoy this house. Ideal for a large family, friends or couples with or without children. The bedrooms have fantastic beds that have already been professionally made for you with high quality bed linen. We provide high quality hotel bedding and linen that allows you to sleep like an angel. Important to mention we also provide soft and thick bath towels (one large & one small per person) and luxurious bathroom essentials such as Rituals shampoo, conditioner, body-lotion, shower gel and hand-soap and a comfortable bathmat in the bathroom. Other things we would like to mention which can be important: *** ESSENTIALS *** In the kitchen we provide Nespresso coffee-cups, milk and sugar, olive-oil, pepper & salt, hand-wash, detergent, kitchen-towel, kitchen-cloth and kitchen sponge, dishwasher-tablets, kitchen paper and trash bin with bags, etc... Everything you need to start your stay comfortably. The apartment is professionally cleaned, freshly cleaned and ironed bed linen is provided and professionally placed on the beds, high quality bath towels for each person are provided and all essentials for your personal hygiene and the kitchen are provided and replenished. Guest Access: Guests have full access to the entire house, which includes the hall, living room, kitchen, dining area with large table for 6, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a large garden with terrace accessible from the kitchen to enjoy a sunny day or sit outside on a warm summer evening. The house is entered with a key. The instructions are provided 2 days in advance. We allow pets, but due to allergies of many guests - we are required to do some extra cleaning to have everything deep cleaned. Thus, we have a pet fee of 50 EUR should you wish to bring your furry friends:-) The Neighborhood: The house is located in the old village of Nieuwpoort just 5 minutes away from the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. You can go to all the best places in no time, the well-known harbour and enjoying the good life in terms of food, drinks and culture. For those who want to do some walking, the beach is only 5 min away from the house and is beautiful to visit and to go for a walk. Getting Around: *** ACCESSIBILITY *** You can easily reach the house by public transport and car. Your car can be parked for free in front of the house in the street. *** PUBLIC TRANSPORT *** You can hop onto the coastal-tram that brings you in 5 minutes to Nieuwpoort-Bad. The tram-stop is called "Nieuwpoort Stad" and is only 500 meters away. This coastal-tram takes you along the full coastline of Belgium to Knokke-Heist in the East and until De Panne in the far West. You can also take a taxi from the station in De Panne to the house which or take the bus from the railway-station in De Panne. Taxis can be found next to the busses in front of the railway station. *** PARKING *** Free parking is possible in the streets around the house. Other Things to Note: *** EXTRA INFORMATION *** - We provide prepared beds with the high-quality bed linen. One pair of bed linens per guest, per stay. More bed linen can be ordered during your stay at a surcharge. Baby bed linen is not included. - We provide soft and thick bath towels. One big and one small towel per guest, per stay. More bath towels can be ordered during your stay at a surcharge. - We provide a Nespresso machine and 2 free capsules per guest, per stay. - We provide Rituals, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel, hand-soap good for 3 days. - We provide a few starting amenities enough for at least 3 days: sugar, olive oil, pepper & salt, handwash, detergent, kitchen-towel, kitchen-cloth and a kitchen sponge, kitchen paper and trash bin with bags. We also provide dishwasher tablets if a dishwasher is available. *** HOUSE RULES *** - We do not allow smoking. - We do not allow parties. - If pets are allowed, an extra charge of 50 euros will be charged for hygiene reasons. This is only upon request and after confirmation. - We do not allow guests under 26 years. We can make an exception upon request. - We ask all our guests to respect the low noise hours between 22:00 - 08:00. - We ask all our guests to use everything with respect as if it were their own. In case of damage, the paid deposit will be kept for the respective amount. A secure link will be sent to you via Swikly for which you need a credit card. The charged fees for things like accommodation and cleaning are split in 90% for real estate rental and 10% for rental of furniture. Interaction with Guests: We always try to welcome you in person, but after the check-in, we respect your privacy 100%!
