The accommodation: Ground floor: - A beautiful living room with a sitting area with a sofa, armchairs, coffee table, flat screen TV and a dining area with a dining table for 6 guests. - A fully equipped open plan kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, filter coffee machine. - A bathroom with a shower, a washbasin, a heated towel rail and a hair dryer. - Separate toilet. On the first floor: - Bedroom 1: a double bed and a wardrobe. - Bedroom 2: a double bed and an adjoining WC. Second floor: - Bedroom 3: one Queen-Size bed, two single beds and an adjoining WC. Outside : - An enclosed courtyard with neighbours' right of way. - A garage containing bicycles, a washing machine, a barbecue, fishing rod...
