Ocean Walk is a modern, stylish and deceptively spacious holiday home, tucked away on a quiet leafy lane, yet only a couple of minutes level stroll to the Perranporth village centre and the beach. Accommodation information: Ocean Walk is arranged over 3 levels. The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, both with en suites. There is a very spacious bedroom with 2 single beds, a 50 inch wall mounted smart TV and the en suite has a bath with shower over. The other bedroom has a king sized bed, a TV and an en suite shower room. There is a separate WC on the ground floor too. Upstairs is the main living space. The lounge is very spacious with lots of natural light from the patio doors leading to one of the balconies. There is seating in the lounge for 8 people and a 50 inch smart TV. The kitchen/dining room is modern and stylish and fully equipped with everything you'll need for a self catering family holiday in Cornwall. You'll find a double oven, a hob, a microwave, a large fridge freezer and a dishwasher. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in a separate utility cupboard. There is a large dining table to seat up to 8 people. There is access from the dining area to the rear patio where there is a small seating area. On the top floor, there are 2 further bedrooms. One has a king size bed and the other has 2 single beds and a balcony with seating for 2. Both have en suite shower rooms. All bedding, bath and hand towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. Outside: To the front of the property there is parking for 2 cars. To the rear there is a patio area with seating.
