We love the central location of the cottage with easy access to the village centre and the beautiful Ingleton waterfalls all within walking distance, not to mention the wide-open views behind the property.. Ground Floor: 4 steps to entrance. Step to... Living room/kitchen: With electric fire, Smart TV, electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Open-tread stairs to.... First Floor: Bedroom 1: With double bed. Bedroom 2: With ¾ double bed. Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. . Rear sitting out area. 2 small dogs welcome, must be kept on a lead at all times. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 4 steps to the garden.. You enter the cottage into a small hallway which is ideal for kicking off boots and coats after a day’s sightseeing. The hall opens into the lounge area which is tastefully decorated with a modern feel but still retains some of the original cottage features. The lounge is open plan with the kitchen, which is well appointed with clean, modern cabinets and all the appliances you need including washing machine. The open tread stairs lead to the first floor which offers the master double bedroom, second bedroom and family bathroom. The whole feel of the property is light and airy with a fresh modern look. The back door leads out to the garden which offers great views across the fields and a patio area for enjoying the long summer evenings. Ingleton is a little gem of a village known as the Land of caves and waterfalls and for good reason. Whitescar Cave, the longest show cave in Britain, is just north of Ingleton, under Ingleborough, one of the Yorkshire 3 Peaks and offers tours so you can appreciate how nature crafted this stunning spectacle over millions of years. Above ground you can enjoy more of nature’s beauty by taking the Ingleton Waterfalls Trail, a 4.5 mile trail with distinctive geological features and associated plant life. An absolute must if visiting the area. The town itself offers a nice mix of independent shops, pubs and restaurants and the surrounding area is a draw for cyclists and walkers alike. Although located in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales, Ingleton also offers the stunning Lake District within a commutable distance so you have breath taking scenery in which ever direction you choose to head. Free WiFi There are 5 steps down to the property and 1 internal step up from the hallway to access the living room. Maximum of 2 small well behaved Dogs welcome only. £10 charge per dog. No welcome pack supplied There are 4 steps to access the garden. 1 small double and 1 double bedroom - owners own linen - 3 sets of each in the property parking for 2 or 3 cars, also the garage can be used to store bikes Care taker cupboard is in the small bedroom. coal shed in the back garden has spare crockery to replace any breakages. Guest key 9925 maintenance and CT Key on the shed 8835 gas boiler and electric fire fuse box is in the the cupboard in the hall
