Waterfront Cottage 2 Boatlifts *Kayaks for 4* Dock

We have currently have 9 listed homes (our 6th year), we are slowly converting to VRBO. Pick your dates, send us an inquiry & Pay in 3 seperate payments. The house has three (3) bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people. It also has a screened porch, firepit area with ample seating, deck with a  grill and picnic table seating, and a private dock.    Main level:  •One bedroom with a queen bed    •One bedroom with four (4) twin beds    •One full bathroom  Second floor:      •One bedroom with a queen bed  •One full, ensuite  The house is equipped with two smoke alarms and a fire  extinguisher (under the kitchen sink), as well as a first aid kit (main level bathroom,  top shelf).  •  Children are welcome, however, the house isn’t childproofed and there are breakables within reach. •  Please note that the creek is easily accessible from the house; there are no barriers or protective structures between the house and the water. Guests use the firepit,  dock, kayaks, and any other  equipment that may be provided, at your own risk.  •BOAT RAMPS: ~McGuires Wharf Rd.
