Seabright Beach House

Summary: Ideal Location!! Steps to the ocean (4 houses down), Seabright beach (2 blocks) and the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Soak up the California sun at this beautiful, completely remodeled beach house. From the moment you arrive you'll feel like you're on vacation at the beach. The Space: Walking distance to both Seabright beach (2 blocks), the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk (less than 10 minute walk), and countless eateries. The house is brand new construction and has been furnished with a thoughtful design, specifically for those coming to enjoy a Santa Cruz beach vacation. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home as well as one parking space in the driveway on the property (this is strictly enforced!). There is free street parking also available. The property, driveway and parking is also shared with two other homes located on the same lot. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer an earlier check-in or bag drop. This helps us ensure our team has sufficient time preparing the unit for your arrival, while maintaining Airbnb's enhanced cleaning process and social-distancing and other COVID-19-related guidelines. The Neighborhood: East Cliff Drive is an ideal Santa Cruz location right along the gorgeous Seabright beach and less than a 10 minute walk to all the fun the Santa Cruz Boardwalk has to offer. Also, walking distance to great food and coffee! Partial ocean views can be seen from the house balcony & laughter and rollercoasters from the boardwalk can also be heard from the balcony. Getting Around: This house is a great spot for those that don't want to drive around town. Everything is within walking distance! Other Things to Note: -We can only accommodate one car on the property (Strictly enforced!) any other cars can easily find free street parking. -There are 3 total properties on this lot and guests will share the driveway and parking area with the homeowner as well as other guests. -The twin room is intended for small children when 3 people are staying in this room & using the trundle bed. Please be aware it is a tight squeeze when all 3 beds are used (trundle is pulled out). - We have a smart TV available for streaming. We do not have cable or local TV. Interaction with Guests: We live in the area and are happy to be available if needed!
