Apartment in condominium well located on Rua Duarte Schutel, close to Parque da Luz and the Hercílio Luz Bridge, a postcard of Florianópolis! In addition, it is located just one block from Av. Beiramar Norte and has options close to restaurants, a market and a bakery. The place comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests in 3 bedrooms, one of which is a double suite. The suite is air-conditioned with hot and cold air conditioning, has a double bed and wardrobes. In the second bedroom there is a double bed, a desk for a home office and space to store your belongings. The third bedroom offers a single bed, air conditioning and built-in closets. The television in this last room only works if connected to an external device such as a Notebook (must bring the cable) or Chromecast, not provided by the hosts. The living room and dining room are integrated, also air-conditioned and well lit. Living room with 200 megawatt wi-fi, for the exclusive use of guests. The kitchen is independent and has basic utensils and appliances to prepare meals on site. Service area with tank and iron for ironing clothes. Balcony with nice view of the condominium. Parking space for 1 car covered and private in a secure and family-friendly condominium. IMPORTANT: The common areas of the condominium are not allowed for guest use. IMPORTANT 2: The air conditioning in the double room (not suite) is currently unavailable for use. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: (1) Rental Hosts require mandatory registration form completion outside of Airbnb for all guests after booking is closed; (2) parties and social events are not allowed in the accommodations, only registered guests can circulate in the property; (3) observe silence from 10 pm to 8 am; (4) it is forbidden to smoke and/or use illegal drugs inside the accommodations and common areas of the condominium; (5) we do not host pets.
