Recently remodeled, bamboo laminate floors in the living room and neutral color scheme. Kitchen is stocked with cups, plates, cutlery & pots and pans. Bar seating area, deep double sink, full size refrigerator/freezer and gas stove. Sliding glass door to a small paved patio area overlooking the yard with a walkway that leads to the driveway Private room in a 2 bedroom apartment. Shared use of kitchen, living room and bathroom. Free off street parking. Paved patio outside the sliding glass door is nothing fancy but you are welcome to it. We like to greet our guests when they arrive and then give them space. We are close and available if needed. Quiet, safe and close to the lake and many other places 3 left turns and you're on I-81! 15 minutes to airport. 30 minutes to bus and train depot.
