Walking distance to Starbucks (drive through) and picnic park. 10 miles from the beach. Tesla supercharging station across the street at Marriott. The entire penthouse is located on the third floor. All living space including bedrooms is on one floor. Private entry on first floor to stairway - no elevator. If you don't like stairs this may not be the right space for you..... This is my personal home that I share with my young son. I work in downtown Santa Barbara therefore it is convenient for me to have another home closer to work. I enjoy being a host and prioritizing guests needs in order to improve their stay. My only request is that you treat the home as if it were yours and be respectful.
