The Space: Welcome to this modern apartment right in the heart of Knokke, situated near the most important places to make your stay unforgettable. You can really call this a unique place to stay. The house is decorated with love and care and has everything you need to make your stay perfect. The apartment is situated on the first floor. It's recently renovated, so rest assured, everything is in a mint condition! The apartment has a fantastic 2-person bed and a bunk-bed with high quality bedding and linen from "De Witte Lietaer" that allows you to sleep like an angel. We also offer you fast Wifi to look up everything you need, a smart tv with Netflix, a spacious bathroom and a fully equipped open kitchen with oven and microwave where you can prepare your own meals. Important to mention we also provide the bath linen, bathroom essentials such as shampoo and hand-wash and amenities like coffee-cups, olive-oil, sugar/milk, etc. Other things we would like to mention that can be found inside the apartment: The bedrooms have fantastic beds that have already been professionally made for you with high quality bed linen. We provide high quality hotel bedding and linen that allows you to sleep like an angel. Important to mention we also provide soft and thick bath towels (one large & one small per person) and luxurious bathroom essentials such as Rituals shampoo, conditioner, body-lotion, shower gel and hand-soap and a comfortable bathmat in the bathroom. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare whatever your creativity and cravings of the day If you have hard times waking up, we have foreseen a Nespresso machine with available coffee pads that should help you start a fresh day. We love taking our morning coffee on the sunny terrace and we hope you will enjoy too! Additionally you can find a kettle for tea, hairdryer, trash bins, washing-machine and dryer, and extra blankets and pillows. There is a vacuum-cleaner, washing-machine and dryer available. There is also a space for 1 to2 bikes on the ground-floor. Last but not least, you can easily reach the house by public transport, by car or by foot. Luggage can be unloaded comfortably at the doorstep for a few minutes. From the train station, it's a 10-minute walk to the apartment while you catch some first glimpses of the Knokke. Parking is possible in the public parking place in ‘Parking Stadhuis'. This will cost €8/24h between 15/09 - 31/03 and €18/24h between 01/04 - 14/09. Guest Access: Guests have full access to the entire apartment, which includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, terrace, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. The apartment is entered by a shared entrance via a smartlock and has an elevator. The instructions are provided 3 days in advance. The Neighborhood: This is in the heart of Knokke, 100 meters from the most famous shopping street, the “Lippenslaan”! Everything you may need is at short walking distance. There is an amazing bakery named Vereecke, a Proxy Delhaize and a delicious butcher/traiteur named Vandycke, just nearby to the apartment. Getting Around: You can easily reach the apartment by public transport, by car or by foot. Luggage can be unloaded comfortably at the doorstep for a few minutes. The train station is only 500m from the apartment! A very short walk so you don’t need to take other public transport. You can also take a taxi from the station to the house. Parking is possible in the public parking place in ‘Parking Stadhuis'. This will cost €8/24h between 15/09 - 31/03 and €18/24h between 01/04 - 14/09. Other Things to Note: *** EXTRA INFORMATION *** - We provide prepared beds with the high-quality bed linen. One pair of bed linens per guest, per stay. More bed linen can be ordered during your stay at a surcharge. Baby bed linen is not included. - We provide soft and thick bath towels. One big and one small towel per guest, per stay. More bath towels can be ordered during your stay at a surcharge. - We provide a Nespresso machine and 2 free capsules per guest, per stay. - We provide Rituals, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel, hand-soap good for 3 days. - We provide a few starting amenities enough for at least 3 days: sugar, olive oil, pepper & salt, handwash, detergent, kitchen-towel, kitchen-cloth and a kitchen sponge, kitchen paper and trash bin with bags. We also provide dishwasher tablets if a dishwasher is available. *** HOUSE RULES *** - We do not allow smoking. - We do not allow parties. - If pets are allowed, an extra charge of 50 euros will be charged for hygiene reasons. This is only upon request and after confirmation. - We do not allow guests under 26 years. We can make an exception upon request. - We ask all our guests to respect the low noise hours between 22:00 - 08:00. - We ask all our guests to use everything with respect as if it were their own. In case of damage, the paid deposit will be kept for the respective amount. A secure link will be sent to you via Swikly for which you need a credit card. The charged fees for things like accommodation and cleaning are split in 90% for real estate rental and 10% for rental of furniture. Interaction with Guests: We always try to welcome you in person, but after the check-in, we respect your privacy 100%!
