Villa in the hills

Like at home ... Come and recharge your batteries in a villa located on the heights of Annecy, in a quiet and rural location! Only a dozen minutes by car separates you from the city center, but you will appreciate the surrounding peace and greenery. Beautiful spaces, beautiful rooms, and all the equipment necessary to feel at home and enjoy a vacation with family or friends. The house consists of a kitchen open to a large living / dining room, with access to the garden and the large terrace. On the ground floor you will also find the laundry room, toilet and a bedroom. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and toilets, arranged around a common space for games or relaxation :) The large garden is at your disposal, as well as 4 parking spaces. The house is rented as a whole. We are Mélanie, Cédric and Maxime. One of us is present on your arrival as well as on your departure and we remain available during your stay. We provide sheets and towels and your beds are always made for your arrival;). You will also find a small welcome basket with what to start your stay: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper ... for a smooth arrival.
