Welcome to my home! I am pleased to welcome you in my nice 18 square meters studio, located on the 5th floor without elevator and situated in the heart of the 11th district of Paris. It will be adapted for a tourist or professional stay and can receive 3 people. You will stay 5 minutes from the Place de la Nation and will be able to easily stroll around the city thanks to the different public transports. We look forward to welcoming you! ## Logement Located in Paris, my studio is very well equipped and is ready to receive 3 people. It is composed of a very luminous living space with a double bed and a sofa bed, a small equipped kitchen, and a clean shower room. My studio is very bright, and well equipped! During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Fan, Oven, Iron. You will stay in the heart of the 11th district of Paris, where you will find everything you need for your daily life nearby (bars, restaurants, shops, bus, metro ...)! And for your daily shopping, you will have a Franprix at 2 minutes on foot and a Lidl at 12 minutes. The Place de la Nation is a 5 minute walk away! You will be very well served by the different public transports to stroll around the city, so you can easily visit Paris! L he Pantheon is 32 minutes away by metro, the Louvre Museum is 19 minutes away, the Palais Garnier is 23 minutes away and the Eiffel Tower is 40 minutes away. The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you! Far from being uniform, it is homogeneous in the idea that it is a lively district, full of bars and restaurants, where there is much to experiment.
