Summary: Welcome to this sunny and comfortable apartment on the 6th floor offering stunning sea-view, uniquely located at the dike at only 20 meters away from the beach, overlooking the beach, sea and harbour and the mainland to the south. The commercial center of Heist at Sea and the Heldenplein is only 10 minutes away. The coastal tram stops at 500 meters from the building. The apartment has been tastefully decorated and has everything you need to make your stay perfect. A spacious fully equipped kitchen, charming dining and living room with large windows with access to the terrace. With it's 2 cosy bedrooms and one spacious bathroom, providing comfortable sleeping for up to 5 people, it is ideal for families or couples. Ready to visit Knokke-Heist in style? The Space: The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a well maintained 7-story building, ensuring a very peaceful stay. We have put our heart in decorating it and the stylish interior with all comfort and space provided will definitely enable you to rest and fully enjoy the mondaine city of Knokke, the Belgian sea-side and everything else it has to offer. We have 2 bedrooms (one with a king size double-bed, the other one with a comfortable bonk-bed with an additional 5th bed that can be moved out from the lower bed. Thanks to these comfortable beds we guarantee a good rest after either endless walks on the beach, a heavy shopping day, a biking trip or any other activities you plan to do. You can choose to fully disconnect or to stay tuned thanks to the fast wifi connection and the available tv with plenty of interactive channels. The bedrooms have fantastic beds that have already been professionally made for you with high quality bed linen. We provide high quality hotel bedding and linen that allows you to sleep like an angel. Important to mention we also provide soft and thick bath towels (one large & one small per person) and luxurious bathroom essentials such as Rituals shampoo, conditioner, body-lotion, shower gel and hand-soap and a comfortable bathmat in the bathroom. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare whatever your creativity and cravings of the day If you have hard times waking up, we have foreseen a Nespresso machine with available coffee pads that should help you start a fresh day. We love taking our morning coffee on the sunny terrace and we hope you will enjoy too! Other things we would like to mention which can be important: *** ESSENTIALS *** In the kitchen we provide Nespresso coffee-cups, milk and sugar, olive-oil, pepper & salt, hand-wash, detergent, kitchen-towel, kitchen-cloth and kitchen sponge, dishwasher-tablets, kitchen paper and trash bin with bags, etc... Everything you need to start your stay comfortably. The apartment is professionally cleaned, freshly cleaned and ironed bed linen is provided and professionally placed on the beds, high quality bath towels for each person are provided and all essentials for your personal hygiene and the kitchen are provided and replenished. Last but not least, you can easily reach the apartment by public transport, by car or on foot. Luggage can be unloaded comfortably at the doorstep for a few minutes.The train station is only 200m from the apartment! A very short walk so you don’t need to take other public transport. Paid parking is possible in the streets around the building or free parking is only 300 meters away. If you have any other questions or requests, please let us know. Guest Access: Guests have full access to the entire apartment, which includes the living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and separate toilet. The apartment is entered by a shared entrance via a smartlock. We allow pets, but due to allergies of many guests - we are required to do some extra cleaning to have everything deep cleaned. Thus, we have a pet fee of 50 EUR should you wish to bring your furry friends. :) The Neighborhood: Knokke-Heist is the most exclusive and luxurious resort in Belgium. A cozy city that is compact, but with a worldly appearance. Knokke also called "Petit Paris". Here you will not only find hip and luxury beach tents, but especially chic interior and clothing stores. Eating out in Knokke is possible at a small tent on the beach, but also at a star restaurant. The apartment is located the area "the Zoute" and is the chic neighborhood of Knokke with exclusive fashion stores. Knokke lies close to the national park Het Zwin, a beautiful nature reserve on the border with the Netherlands. Getting Around: You can easily reach the apartment by public transport, by car or on foot. Luggage can be unloaded comfortably at the doorstep for a few minutes. The train station is only 1km from the apartment! A very short walk so you don’t need to take other public transport. You can also take a taxi from the station to the building. Paid parking is possible in the streets around the building and free parking is allowed only 300 meters away. Other Things to Note: *** EXTRA INFORMATION *** - We provide prepared beds with the high-quality bed linen. One pair of bed linens per guest, per stay. More bed linen can be ordered during your stay at a surcharge. Baby bed linen is not included. - We provide soft and thick bath towels. One big and one small towel per guest, per stay. More bath towels can be ordered during your stay at a surcharge. - We provide a Nespresso machine and 2 free capsules per guest, per stay. - We provide Rituals, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel, hand-soap good for 3 days. - We provide a few starting amenities enough for at least 3 days: sugar, olive oil, pepper & salt, handwash, detergent, kitchen-towel, kitchen-cloth and a kitchen sponge, kitchen paper and trash bin with bags. We also provide dishwasher tablets if a dishwasher is available. *** HOUSE RULES *** - We do not allow smoking. - We do not allow parties. - If pets are allowed, an extra charge of 50 euros will be charged for hygiene reasons. This is only upon request and after confirmation. - We do not allow guests under 26 years. We can make an exception upon request. - We ask all our guests to respect the low noise hours between 22:00 - 08:00. - We ask all our guests to use everything with respect as if it were their own. In case of damage, the paid deposit will be kept for the respective amount. A secure link will be sent to you via Swikly for which you need a credit card. The charged fees for things like accommodation and cleaning are split in 90% for real estate rental and 10% for rental of furniture. Interaction with Guests: We always try to welcome you in person, but after the check-in, we respect your privacy 100%! This said we will always be available to help or answer any questions you might have.
