The home has just undergone a massive renovation that was meticulously designed by a Texas native who drew inspiration from the 8+ decades of the life of the home. The BaldwInn is set up with high-speed wifi, CableTV, Netflix and Hulu. The brand new, energy-efficient air system is equipped with a hospital-grade air filtration system to keep only the cleanest air circulating. Our doors have coded smart locks for easy access and safety. The funky welcome entrance is a prime spot to take pics for your social media addiction complete with local goodies we hope you'll enjoy as our gift to you. The living areas are perfect for gathering on the fun, modular seating. There is ample space to stretch out and comb through one of our neatly curated coffee table books, play games or binge-watch your favorite shows. The dining room centers on the vintage marble-topped Knoll table that is the perfect place to serve a meal for friends and family - and/or - host a work meeting. We've kept the dining room something of a blank slate so it can function in whatever way best suits you! The kitchen is sleek yet approachable. The gold faucet with the stainless steel countertops is refined and the subzero fridge and 5-burner range will have you dreaming of creating your next meal. When you need a buzz, enjoy a custom coffee from the brand new, super-automatic Jura X8 coffee and espresso maker. This machine can make a latte, cappuccino, or plain old cup of Joe at the press of a button! We supply locally roasted beans that will impress any coffee aficionado. All three bedrooms are upstairs and each has its own identity. The primary bedroom is set up with a king bed, two open concept closets, and its own en suite bathroom with an extra-large shower and double vanity. The secondary bedrooms are smartly appointed with queen beds, luxury linens, nightstands and ample closet space with custom Elfa systems. The secondary bathroom upstairs features a unique hand-placed tiled shower, large storage shelves and a crazy-cool mirrored medicine cabinet. The ground-level bathroom is a tranquil place to unwind from the stress of travel with a divine soaking tub and artisanal bath products.
