Heavenly renovated cabin near pittoresque Durbuy!

Our cozy and beautifully renovated chalet is located in a wooded area and is close to the picturesque town of Durbuy, also known as "the smallest town in the world". So whether you seek adventures such as kayaking, zip-lines,... Or you just want to stroll around the cozy streets of Durbuy and enjoy their gastronomic cuisine. Everything is possible and within short reach! Ready for a fantastic get-away in a cabin that provides everything you need? The Space: As said we strive to provide the ultimate Durbuy experience with our wooden chalet that sleeps up to 5 people and has all necessities you can think of! Important to mention is the south faced terrace. It's a real joy sitting here with some sunshine or early spring rays. It's also unique due to it's location, managed by "sunclass". You'll be able to use amenities as the pool, restaurant, linnen service etc,... Below we'll sum up some of the most important features of the house; 2 bedrooms (double bed and 3 single beds), a Bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink, cosy dining room with living area, fully equipped kitchen with a freezer, cooker (gas), microwave oven, Great WIFI,... Below we'll sum up some of the most important features of the park; Restaurant / Bar, Snack bar, Mini-supermarket (a large one 10 minutes by car), Washing machines, Swimming pool (indoor), Playgrounds, Football field, Basketball court, a barbecue place. All of this located and combined with the peace and tranquility of the forest and yet the comfort of a real HOME. You can also socialize or participate in a number of recreational activities at the park ... the best of both worlds. Ready for a mix of the best? Guest Access: You have full acces to the entire cabin and all the facilities of the park it's located in. Upon arrival and departure, you can report to the reception where you can get the keys. The cabin is accessible as from 15h00. Of course you are welcome earlier and can already use the park facilities. If you expect to arrive after reception closes, please contact us in advance to arrange key collection. On departure, we ask you to vacate the bungalow before 10 am and to hand over the key and rental linen at the reception. During your stay, the reception team is your first point of contact! We allow pets, but due to allergies of many guests - we are required to do some extra cleaning to have everything deep cleaned. Thus, we have a pet fee of 50 EUR should you wish to bring your furry friends. :) The Neighborhood: Durbuy and the surrounding area offer plenty of opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, kayaking, adventure, and golf. There is so much to do in this part of the Ardennes that it is difficult to name everything so we tried to make a selection of what can be done: - Beautiful walking/hiking routes - Visit Durbuy, the smallest town in the world (5 minutes by car, 15 minutes by bike) - Take a dip in the indoor swimming pool at the park - Visit the famous caves in the Ardennes, "Caves of Han" - Want some more adventure? Then try kayaking - Why don't you go rock climbing? - Cycling through nature on the many cycle paths or setting off with a mountain bike - 5 minutes drive there is Adventure Valley, where you can undertake all kinds of adventurous activities, such as archery, hiking in the trees, etc. - There are several castles with a rich history - Take a ride on an old steam train - Relax on a nice terrace with a nice Belgian beer or visit a beer brewery - There are also many places where you can learn and see more about the 1st and 2nd World War. - And highly recommended, go on a night safari and find beavers or deer in the dark woods and ride a park ranger in a land rover off-road. Getting Around: **PARKING** There is FREE parking for 300 vehicles at 900 meters from the center. A shuttle bus runs back and forth every 10 minute to the center of Durbuy. ** TRAIN & BUS ** - Train via Barvaux train station (4 km) - Bus: Line 99 - Barvaux / Durbuy Shuttle bus between Barvaux and Durbuy: every day in July and August; Saturday and Sunday in June and September; during Belgian school holidays and public holidays. ** CAR ** From Brussels via the E411 From Liège via the N63 From Namur via the N983 Other Things to Note: ***IMPORTANT*** - Every guest is obliged to rent sheets (€ 10 per person). The correct number of people must be communicated in advance and the amount must be paid to BnbSuport upon reservation. The sheets can than be obtained at the check-in desk upon arrival. It is not possible to provide your own bed linen. - Bath towels are not included and must be provided by yourself. - The cleaning is provided by the park and is already settled with your reservation. *** HOUSE RULES *** - We do not allow smoking. - We do not allow parties. - We allow pets, but due to allergies of many guests - we are required to do some extra cleaning to have everything deep cleaned. Thus, we have a pet fee of 50 EUR should you wish to bring your furry friends. :) - We do not allow guests under 26 years. We can make an exception upon request. - We ask all our guests to respect the low noise hours between 22:00 - 08:00. - We ask all our guests to use everything with respect as if it were their own. In case of damage, the paid deposit will be kept for the respective amount. A secure link will be sent to you via Swikly for which you need a credit card. The charged fees for things like accommodation and cleaning are split in 90% for real estate rental and 10% for rental of furniture. Interaction with Guests: We always try to welcome you in person, but after the check-in, we respect your privacy 100%! This said we will always be available to help or answer any questions you might have. Important to mention is that we offer a wide range of extra services such as bikes, local tips, taxi services, and so much more so please don't hesitate to ask.
