Cozy studio near the beach and St. John’s hospital

Brand new studio with a queen size bed, sofa bed, a kitchen, and free WiFi Studio on lower level. There is a common area before getting into the studio. Easy street parking, 5 minutes away from the beach, 5 minutes walking distance to the A train. 10 minutes walking distance to the LIRR. 58 minutes to Manhattan on the A train and 40 minutes on the LIRR. Access to guest studio, bathroom, kitchen. I am available for any questions at any time. I am close to Rockaway beach. You can use the train, LIRR, and a bike. Bikes are available for rental Please be advised that there are cleaning rules to follow if you have a car. The Right side: street cleaning is Tuesdays 8:30am to 10:00am and The Left side is Wednesday 8:30am to 10am on my block, but there are other streets to park on.
