This newly renovated Okauchee Lake home has 3 levels of living space & sleeps 10. Enjoy 4 bedrooms 2 full baths & 2 half baths with 124 feet of private swimming/fishing lake frontage in Oconomowoc, WI. Enjoy beautiful lake views from almost every room. Your private pier includes a paddle board, swim mat, and we also have a 14-person pontoon boat available to rent for $800/day or $700/day if you rent the boat for 6 days or more. Large outdoor fire pit and a slight non-steep elevation offers easy access to the lake/pier. Okauchee Lake has several restaurants/bars to visit by boat, so much fun to have! The Town of Oconomowoc requires 30-day minimum for short-term rentals. Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with queen-size bed is upstairs with a newly renovated master bath with walk-in shower. The bedroom includes a walk-in closet, reading nook and offers lake views. Bedroom 2: Bedroom 2 is upstairs bedroom 2 with queen-size bed and walk-in closet has its own half bath across the hall. Bedroom 3: Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and is on the main floor. The walk-in closet has a desk for a lap top. There is a full bath with a walk-in shower across the hall. Bedroom 4: Bedroom 4 has a queen-size bed and is in the lower level. The bedroom has a full patio door with lake views for egress and includes a closet. All 3 levels have zoned heating and cooling, which means each level has its own thermostat. Common Area: The common area in the lower level has a full-size sleeper sofa that sleeps 2. This area also has a full-size patio door with lake views and easy access to the pier. The newly renovated kitchen has all new appliances including a 6-burner gas stove, large air fryer, reverse osmosis drinking water, beverage cooler, fridge with filtered water and ice. The large quartz island seats 8 people and there is also a dining table that seats 4. There is a 2.75 attached car garage plus additional parking in the driveway. Okauchee Lake is a 1,210 acre lake located in Waukesha County. It has a maximum depth of 90 feet. Visitors have access to the lake from public boat landings. Fish include Musky, Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike and Walleye. OUTDOOR DECK/GRILLING AREA/PRIVATE LAKE FRONTAGE: Additional items included for your stay: fire pit, outdoor seating, grill with propane, filtered ice and water, washer/dryer, toaster, drip and pod coffee maker, blender, cleaning supplies, all utensils, towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent and bedding. You will want to bring your own personal hygiene products, toiletries and paper products like, plates, cups, napkins, etc. One stand-up paddle board with paddles, a swim mat and life jackets are here for your use. If you have your own boat, you are welcome to park it at our pier during your stay. For everyone's safety and security, we have one outdoor video camera @ the driveway entrance.
