Ingram Carriage House - a Secluded Country Getaway

Conveniently located in the Texas Hill Country in the town of Ingram, the Ingram Carriage House is 625 square feet of living space with a spacious porch. It is a single large room broken up into a sitting area with a queen size futon and two recliners, a walk in closet, a bedroom with a queen bed, a full kitchen and a private bathroom. a Roku and FuboTV (to stream TV channels), a DVD player, a stereo system, continental breakfast and coffee are provided. Property is gated with keyless entry to the Carriage House. The space The Carriage House was built in 2011 and is situated on a dead-end street on 9.3 acres with a small spring at the back. The land is heavily wooded with a beautiful view to the north. There are only two buildings on the property, the Carriage House and the Bosserts' house, so you will enjoy as much peace and quiet as you would like. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire 9.3 acres except for the area immediately surrounding the Bosserts' house. Guests are encouraged to explore the property. Other things to note In addition to Colombian roast coffee (12 cup drip coffee maker) and continental breakfast, we also provide items to cook your own breakfast if you would like (such as eggs, sausage and biscuits) as well as snacks like popcorn, oatmeal, snack bars, and bottled water. We also provide a Keurig-style coffee maker and a few K-cups to get you started.
