The Space: This newly built family home with garden is perfectly appointed in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare some good food to be enjoyed on the lovely terrace or in the dining room overlooking the garden. Fancy a relax evening? Just rewind in our living area or garden lounge while reading a book. Upstairs, there are 3 fantastic bedrooms. There are 2 double bedrooms with king-size beds and one kids bedroom with a single bed and another little bed for children up to 8 years old. The bahtroom is spacious and bright with a walk-in shower and double sink. There's a separate toilet on both ground floor as well as on the first floor. All floors can be blocked with safety guards for the children. If you want to be extra productive, there are two desks with screens at your entire disposal on the second floor. Of course, we also provide high speed wifi! The beds have high quality bed linen and there are bath towels and luxurious bathroom essentials such as Rituals shampoo, conditioner, body-lotion, shower gel and hand-soap and a comfortable bathmat in the bathroom. Guest Access: Guests have private access to the entire home with 3 bedrooms, 1 bahtroom, spacious garden and garage. Check-in details will be provided 3 days in advance. The Neighborhood: Located in Oedelem, a little village at only 10 minutes from Damme with its picturesque landscapes and the famous Damme Golf & Country Club. Around the corner at walking distance you can find one of the bakeries of Belgium "Painture" as well as the local supermarket. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Surrounded by greens, this is the perfect getaway for a relaxing holiday in the Flemish countryside. Enjoy best of both worlds and go visit the historical city center of Bruges at only 20 minutes driving or go shopping and enjoy the cosmopolitan seaside of Knokke-Heist or Cadzand (30-minute drive). Getting Around: ***PARKING *** There's a private car park for 1 car on the driveway and there's plenty of space on the streets to park your car (for free). Other Things to Note: *** EXTRA INFORMATION *** - We provide prepared beds with the high-quality bed linen. One pair of bed linens per guest, per stay. More bed linen can be ordered during your stay at a surcharge. Baby bed linen is not included. - We provide soft and thick bath towels. One big and one small towel per guest, per stay. More bath towels can be ordered during your stay at a surcharge. - We provide a Nespresso machine and 2 free capsules per guest, per stay. - We provide Rituals, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel, hand-soap good for 3 days. - We provide a few starting amenities enough for at least 3 days: sugar, olive oil, pepper & salt, handwash, detergent, kitchen-towel, kitchen-cloth and a kitchen sponge, kitchen paper and trash bin with bags. We also provide dishwasher tablets if a dishwasher is available. *** HOUSE RULES *** - We do not allow smoking. - We do not allow parties. - We do not allow pets. - We do not allow guests under 26 years. We can make an exception upon request. - We ask all our guests to respect the low noise hours between 22:00 - 08:00. - We ask all our guests to use everything with respect as if it were their own. In case of damage, the paid deposit will be kept for the respective amount. A secure link will be sent to you via Swikly for which you need a credit card. The charged fees for things like accommodation and cleaning are split in 90% for real estate rental and 10% for rental of furniture.
