Welcome to this modern semi-dattached house, with private pool and capacity for 6 guests, located in Maria de la Salut. The exterior areas are very nice. There is a fantastic furnished terrace, that leads you to a lovely patio that has a chlorine private pool, 6 x 3 m with a depth of 1.7 m. After a long morning sunbathing on two sun loungers and swimming, you can organise a pleasant meal cooking your best recipes on the barbecue. Keep in mind that there are neighbours and the plot is open. The house is distributed over two floors. On the main floor, there is a large kitchen-living-dining room, where you can cook on the ceramic cooktop and enjoy then of a well-deserved rest watching satellite TV and contemplanting the exterior views, as well as a toilet. Going upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed and terrace, and the third one has two twin beds. All of them has wardrobe or dressing room, and only one of these also boasts an en-suite bathtub bathroom. As well as this, there is another shower bathroom on this floor. The accommodation also provides you with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The open floor and the dormitories are acclimated with air conditioning. There is availability for a cot and a high chair. Maria de la Salut is a lovely village in the center of the island, making it so easily to reach anywhere of the island in a reasonable time. Moreover, due to the fact that it is mostly inhabited by local population, it permits you to know the authentic Mallorca. In addition, it also offers everything necessary such as supermarket, bars and some restaurants. By driving only 15 min you can reach some stunning beaches as, for instance, Ses Casetes dels Capellans and Ca'n Picafort, among many others. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
