The Space: The apartment is located on the first line of the Belgian coast with a fantastic sea-view over the beachfront and sea. You can really call this a unique place to stay. Total privacy! The apartment is decorated with love and care and has everything you need to make your stay perfect. You can go to all the best places and the beach in no time: by car, foot or bike while enjoying the beauty that Knokke-Heist has to offer. The apartment has 1 floor and offers you 100% privacy. We offer you 3 fantastic bedrooms so you will dream like an angel, fast Wifi to look up everything you need, a flat screen with enough channels and a bathroom with a spacious shower. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare food or drinks and a cozy living room area. The bedrooms have fantastic beds that have already been professionally made for you with high quality bed linen. We provide high quality hotel bedding and linen that allows you to sleep like an angel. Important to mention we also provide soft and thick bath towels (one large & one small per person) and luxurious bathroom essentials such as Rituals shampoo, conditioner, body-lotion, shower gel and hand-soap and a comfortable bathmat in the bathroom. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare whatever your creativity and cravings of the day If you have hard times waking up, we have foreseen a Nespresso machine with available coffee pads that should help you start a fresh day. We love taking our morning coffee and we hope you will enjoy too! Other things we would like to mention which can be important: *** ESSENTIALS *** In the kitchen we provide Nespresso coffee-cups, milk and sugar, olive-oil, pepper & salt, hand-wash, detergent, kitchen-towel, kitchen-cloth and kitchen sponge, dishwasher-tablets, kitchen paper and trash bin with bags, etc... Everything you need to start your stay comfortably. The apartment is professionally cleaned, freshly cleaned and ironed bed linen is provided and professionally placed on the beds, high quality bath towels for each person are provided and all essentials for your personal hygiene and the kitchen are provided and replenished. *** ACCESSIBILITY *** You can easily reach the house by public transport and car. Luggage can be unloaded comfortably at the doorstep for a few minutes and park your car afterwards. *** PUBLIC TRANSPORT *** There is a bus stop at 500 meters from the house. Bus 3 leaves from the front of the station in Knokke at perron 6, and you must get off at the stop “Duinbergen station” which is 500 meters away from your apartment. The alternative is the coastal tram that leaves every 20 minutes and even more frequently in the high-season and stops nearly everywhere between Knokke and De Panne in the west. You can also take a taxi from the station to the house which will cost around 15-20 euro. Taxis can be found next to the busses. *** PARKING *** Paid parking is possible on the street in front of the house and the streets in the neighbourhood. Guest Access: Guests have full access to the entire apartment, which includes the hall, living room, open kitchen, dining area with large table for 6, 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. From the living room you can enjoy the beautiful sea view. Access to the apartment happens with a key. The instructions are provided 2 days in advance. Parking is not available during the winter months (from november to the beginning of april). The Neighborhood: The apartment is located in Knokke - Duinbergen with the beach at your footsteps. You can go to all the best places in no time, while catching a beautiful glimpse of Knokke- Heist. For those who want to do some more extensive walking, there is a protected national domain only 15 minutes away also known as “Het Zwin”. The well-known exclusive shopping-street de Kustlaan and Lippenslaan are just around the corner and plenty of top-class restaurants are at walking distance. Getting Around: *** ACCESSIBILITY *** You can easily reach the house by public transport and car. *** PUBLIC TRANSPORT *** You can easily reach the apartment by public transport, by car or on foot. Luggage can be unloaded comfortably at the doorstep for a few minutes. The train station is only 4km from the apartment! You can also take a taxi from the station to the building. Paid parking is possible in the streets around the building. You can also take a taxi from the station to the apartment which will cost around 10-15 euro. Taxis can be found next to the busses in front of the railway station. *** PARKING *** Free parking is available next to the building. Paid parking is possible in the streets around the building. Other Things to Note: *** EXTRA INFORMATION *** - We provide prepared beds with the high-quality bed linen. One pair of bed linens per guest, per stay. More bed linen can be ordered during your stay at a surcharge. Baby bed linen is not included. - We provide soft and thick bath towels. One big and one small towel per guest, per stay. More bath towels can be ordered during your stay at a surcharge. - We provide a Nespresso machine and 2 free capsules per guest, per stay. - We provide Rituals, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel, hand-soap good for 3 days. - We provide a few starting amenities enough for at least 3 days: sugar, olive oil, pepper & salt, handwash, detergent, kitchen-towel, kitchen-cloth and a kitchen sponge, kitchen paper and trash bin with bags. We also provide dishwasher tablets if a dishwasher is available. *** HOUSE RULES *** - We do not allow smoking. - We do not allow parties. - If pets are allowed, an extra charge of 50 euros will be charged for hygiene reasons. This is only upon request and after confirmation. - We do not allow guests under 26 years. We can make an exception upon request. - We ask all our guests to respect the low noise hours between 22:00 - 08:00. - We ask all our guests to use everything with respect as if it were their own. In case of damage, the paid deposit will be kept for the respective amount. A secure link will be sent to you via Swikly for which you need a credit card. The charged fees for things like accommodation and cleaning are split in 90% for real estate rental and 10% for rental of furniture. Interaction with Guests: We always try to welcome you in person, but after the check-in, we respect your privacy 100%! This said we will always be available to help or answer any questions you might have.
