Mountain Freedom

If peace and beauty are what you are looking for, Mountain Freedom is for you! Our 20 acre property has walking trails for your enjoyment. The upstairs deck offers an amazing view of the surrounding mountains and meadows. Mountain Freedom Vacation Home is custom built with 1,000 sq. ft. upstairs. There are beautiful meadow views as well as mountain views surrounding the property. The peaceful vacation home is between Portola, CA and Graeagle, CA in Plumas County directly off of Highway 70. One of the best areas for golfing, hiking, biking, fishing, boating, and skiing in Northern California. The five best golf courses in Plumas County are within a 20 min drive. We are very close to the Lakes Basin Area as well. We are one hour from Reno, NV and 1.5 hours from Lake Tahoe. You, your family and friends are able to access the entire Mountain Freedom Vacation Home during your stay. The property has accessible trails and a beautiful gazebo with a gas BBQ for your enjoyment. You will have no neighbors except for the main house where your hosts reside. We can interact with our guests or leave them to have total privacy. During covid we will keep our distance when guests are here. Your parking area is very close to the house for ease of unloading and loading back up when your visit ends. You have nice trails to hike right on the property. Perfect for walking your dog, or just go exploring on your own. Our porch provides an excellent platform for star gazing. Because we are away from any towns, the dark nights provide a great chance for appreciating the sky. Also our nights are cool so you may enjoy sleeping with the windows open.
