Renovated 160 sqm holiday home for rent, located in the historic center of Torre Santa Susanna (BR), in the Alto Salento area. The house is on the first floor and can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people. It consists of a large living room, three bedrooms (with a cradle, on request), a small dressing room, a large bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, three balconies, a small terrace. No pets allowed and smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. The house is equipped with every comfort: free Internet, air conditioning in all rooms, radiators, fireplace, TV, washing machine, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, blender, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, moka. Possibility of free parking for one car only. We also provide sheets, towels, shampoo / shower gel. Guests will be welcomed by me or my parents and will have the entire apartment available. I like to be discreet and leave the right privacy, but I'm always available both before arrival and during your stay to help you and answer the questions you want to ask. Near the house there are numerous bars, banks, post office and all necessary sales points (butchers, supermarkets, shops). Within the town it is possible to visit various monuments, such as the numerous churches and underground oil mills. At about 5 km from Torre, on the provincial road to Mesagne, is located the church of San Pietro di Crepacore, the most beautiful Byzantine monument that Puglia possesses dating back to the VI-VII century AD. Torre Santa Susanna is located in a strategic position to move comfortably for the Salento: it is 20 km from the beaches of Salento, 28 km from Brindisi Airport and about 40 km from Lecce. The house is equipped with energy certification and viability. Pursuant to article 109 of the TULPS, the details of an identification document will be requested at check-in. According to national and regional laws, at the time of check-in, the guest must sign a tourist lease agreement with the elements specified in the booking.
