Beach house Ayu has four bedrooms that are located around the veranda and garden with glass doors that lead directly outdoors. The soothing ambiance is made even more homely with four-poster beds - double and singles - minimal furniture, and earth-tones. The elegant décor is luxurious and opulent even with the simplest of designs. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ensuite bathrooms featuring natural Bali-green stone walls, a shower, and/ or freestanding bathtub. The rooms are fully-serviced with fresh linen and towel change. If you are one that revels in more natural surroundings, then the verdant gardens at Beach house Ayu are right up your alley. Primed and trimmed hedges, bushes of vibrant pink flowers, freshly-cut grass, and thickets of trees are only your initiation into this magical place. For dining purposes, the villa’s spacious veranda comprises a beautifully-laden dining table with seating for all guests. There is a fully-equipped kitchen at the villa however, your stay also includes a personal chef who will make the most delicious dishes upon request. The house chef Ilu will prepare decadent Indonesian and Mediterranean dishes and you can inform her a day in advance of your requests. You only have to bear the cost of groceries (approx. $8/day) that are picked fresh from the market each morning. The local supervisor, Dini, is happy to help and assist you with booking in-house massages, transportation such as a car or scooter, half-day trips, etc. She’s available round the clock in case of emergencies. Umeanyar beach is a serene corner of Bali’s northern coast that is well-known for its black-sand beaches and hot springs. Beach house Ayu has two shaded Bale Bngongs. One overlooking the garden and pool, the other overlooking the Bali Sea westward: stunning sunsets right in front of you! Often you can see the contours of the East Java mountains. The villa is situated in a bay set between mountains, grape fields, paddy fields and the sea. The palatial villa has an original thatched roof and is equipped for 8 guests: 4 air conditioned bedrooms which all have ensuite bathrooms decorated with traditional bali-green natural-stone tiles. Furnishings include Javanese teak made by a local carpenter The villa is fully equipped: linen, towels, kitchen, etc. Daily housekeeping and laundry service is included. The villa is rented exclusively to you: no other guests in 'your' villa. Airport pick up and drop off can be arranged at local cost. During your stay a driver is available. Pay per ride. In your villa you will find a list of destinations and fees for taxi rides and for (half-)day tours by Yon, english speaking driver. If you book 7 nights or more, the private pick up from the airport is included/free. The beach house, pool and garden is exclusively yours during your stay. Your cook and housekeeping will do their work very silently. As much as you want (or not want). The beachhouse is exclusively yours during your stay: no other guests in your beachhouse. Supervisor will visit you daily, to ask if everything is fine. She can also organize in-house massages, excursions, transport, rental scooters for you. Small fisherman village Raja Tama (on the beach), provides freshly caught tuna fish! Go there, buy one, give it to your cook: delicious! In Seririt you will find an authentic market. Not many tourists, and you are very welcome. Our driver can bring you anywhere you want. An alternative (and an adventure) is to walk to the main road and take a 'bemo': small local van to Seririt :) The high review score on Airbnb (score 4.82 * out of 5 * with 10 years of rental and more than 80 reviews) is exceptionally high and shows a constant appreciation and quality. Almost everyone of our wonderful staff has been with us from the start: cooks, housekeeping, gardeners, handyman, beach cleaning, local supervisor, night watchmen. Our permanent staff will also receive their fixed salary and health insurance for their family in full during Corona time. Our employees and their families live in the nearby village and live off these salaries. By renting the villa you are sponsoring two projects in the village: 1. an aid fund from which the personal contributions for medicines of the elderly are paid 2. a fund for the reuse of plastic as a building material: 'Ecobricks'.
