10 minutes from Athens on 10 acres in the country is our dream home. 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths that can sleep 10+ comfortably. Enjoy lounging by the pool or rocking in chairs on the BIG front porch. All the amenities of home with a farmhouse feel. Additional amenities include professional grade basketball goal, upstairs entertainment area that includes Xbox and large screen TV. Indoor and outdoor Sonos Entertainment Speaker System. Upon arrival, the entire house is available for use and can be accessed by the garage code that is given prior to arrival. Communication will be quick and clear. We believe in customer service with a quality experience. We live on 10 acres of land. We are located 2 miles from downtown Watkinsville and 4 miles from Publix Shopping Center. 1. We have a pool which is a part of your stay. Please note...we are not responsible for any injuries or harm that occurs during your stay. 2. The use of air mattresses is prohibited because they will scratch our hardwood floors. Failure to comply will result in a loss of your security deposit. 3. The occupancy limit is 12. Please don't have more than 12 people staying at the house (unless special permission is granted).
