Cute little flat with view, 20 mins to BGY Airport

Nice little refurbished flat, still work in progress, on the top of a mountain road, only 200 metres from the town centre don't worry, but no noise or traffic. A lovely view over the little valley which leads to the monastery of La Forcella (on foot). The main valle Seriana has the longest cycle way of the area. Zerogas: electric heating and boiler. Tram stop is 13 mins away on foot. Free parking is 50 metres away and BGY airport is 20 minutes by car. Facing south on the third floor always sunny it is the thirds floor of a "slice" of on old typical country house. The first part is now new, the middle part is where our flat is, the frist two floors are currently empty (Feb 2022). A common outdoor area on the ground floor where you could keep your bikes. A 4 metre terrace with the view where to have a coffee or smoke. two free parking areas are less than 50 metres away. another big parking area has a 2 hour time parking limitation during the day at about 100 metres. once there you have steep staircase to reach third floor, see in the pictures. we live in town, it is a 5000 people small town. you may call us for help and we could be there in 5 mins, or even less been as our favourite park is the one by the river cycleway which is 2 mins away. little valley, Terrance facing south, third floor over the roofs of the houses in front which are 2 floors. view is lovely. 20 mins by car to BGY airport, 13 mins to the tram stop on foot. cycleway is few mins by bike. mountain path almost practically starts behind our house (to La Forcella) the 50 metres walk from the free car park is rather steep. the river Serio where the cycleway runs is very nice.
