Great Bed & Breakfast Facility- Great for family vacation. NO ADULT/Teenager group booking . NO un-paid visitor (only guest booked/paid) is allowed. For any Events - Extra charges applies ( separate event agreement need to be signed & separate deposit) and booked as exception only . Maximum person is 50 people Person booking the property must be physically present and part of Guest booked . Photo ID may be required Due to recent COVID-19 we all are facing unprecedented situation. We are putting best efforts to take care the health of our guest by following deep cleaning & highest level of sanitation. Extra cleaning and sanitation stuffs are provided to our guest also to make them more comfortable. We accept only handful of guest throughout the year(with proper gap for deep cleaning) , so our home is much better place to live compare to hotels where several people works and visits. House is beautifully located in greenbelt -surrounded with natural matured trees and ponds. Beautiful pond in-front of the house . Since house is under greenbelt no littering is permitted. Conveniently located :- On Highway(Regional Road 25 )10 minutes drive ,north of 401. It is approximately 35 drive from Toronto Airport ( Country/Cottage Living but close to the City ) There is GO train & GO buses for Down-town Toronto within 10 KM - 10 minutes drive and UBER/LYFT is available. This house has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 washroom ( approx 3500 sq feet ) available - Basement is excluded ( Can be booked in special cases - extra charges apply ) . Basement is available ONLY for any special situation . Basement can accommodate sleeping of additional person on sofa beds .Basement has open concept with bar with six bar chair , standing shower/washroom with separate entrance. Available for minimum 3 days for additional $300 plus cleaning fee of $50. This house is great for Family vacation , who enjoy country living but doesn't want to live too far from the City. This is great place for Family vacation , Corporate-retreat . There are lot of Golf Courses within 10 - 20 KM to enjoy and have fun. We don’t allow any Teenagers/Adult party . Any event/party is not allowed without prior written consent of owner. “Event/Party “ is defined as any gathering in excess of registered guest. Do fishing on pond or Go for paddle boat ride (summertime) or Go for trail walking or Cycling or Play outdoor games ( Basket Ball /Volley Ball / Soccer ) or Just relax and enjoy the nature or Enjoy out-door wood fire pit. During winter go for snow boarding or snow ski at GLEN EDEN SKI Resort approx 15 KM away.
