Whether you're spending the day on one of Bear Lake's best beaches or utilizing the many snowmobile and ATV trails, this studio is sure to meet all your needs. What's nearby: A local park is right next to the studios, where you'll find a baseball field, tennis courts, and a basketball hoop. There's also great local food at the Minnetonka Cafe, within walking distance. Also, Bear Lake West Golf Course is a short drive away, as well as the best beach Bear Lake has to offer. Things to know: Free WiFi No A/C (floor and ceiling fans in the studio) Kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker * To sleep the max amount (an additional two people) guests must bring their own bedding and air mattresses. All other bedding is provided at no charge. *** Please note: this unit is winterized until spring 2019 *** Parking notes: You may park anywhere in the driveway, or on the gravel on the sides of the cul-de-sac. Please be courteous of your neighbors and do not park on the main road. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
