Cozy Room

The house is 100 years old and a loving work in progress. We are walking distance of Downtown Elkins, Elkins City Park and Davis & Elkins College. The house has a large kitchen, living room area, and backyard that guests are more than welcomed to use. Guests are also able to use the washer and dryer. I will be available by phone text and email. Phone and text is best It’s by downtown Elkins, Elkins Park, and Davis and Elkins College. We have street parking, but our street is small so we don’t recommend cars that are towing trailers. Please note there is street sweeping on Tuesday between 8am - 2pm. You can park at the college visitor lot or around the corner on Guy st. If your car is not moved, you risk a $15 parking ticket from the city of Elkins. There is no street parking on Tuesday's from 8am - 2 pm. Guests can park on Guy St. or at Davis & Elkins College in the visitor lots. I also have a small poodle that lives in house.
