⭐️Spacious Basement Apartment⭐️ Close to Lander

***Please take a moment to read the entire description! A cozy basement apartment that is ~800 sq ft with a private entrance and separate parking. We have a quiet country setting on 14 acres with a pond but still close to town. (~10 minutes to Lander University and Self Regional Healthcare). We are ~20 mins to Erskine College (nice easy drive) Our space offers a spacious living room and a desk/work area. A private bedroom with a queen size bed. We also have a queen size air mattress (suitable for kids) A bathroom with walk in shower (no tub). A small Kitchen equipped with Refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster oven, 1 burner for light cooking (no heavy cooking or frying) and stocked with snacks that you may enjoy along with cold bottled water & coffee. We have put a lot of thought and effort into the details of our space. We have essential oils that you are free to use along with homemade soaps, and we use non-toxic cleaners. We have a TV in the Living room connected to Directv. We do have separate parking designated for your stay. Once you enter our driveway the gravel drive to your left is where you can park (if you have more than one car we ask that you please notify us). Please don’t park in the grass unless unloading, we ask that you park in the gravel area. **Please note- this area is for paying guest only (4 guest unless approved by us otherwise). This is not for friends or family to come “hang out” unless approved. Thanks for your understanding. The guest areas are yours to enjoy. Children are welcome to play on the swing set or rope swing and there is tons of room outside for children to run around. We are a busy family with 4 children and we will be in and out. If time permits we would love to meet you and have coffee or a cold drink on the porch if you desire. We welcome any questions you may have about the area so feel free to text or email. We are conveniently located to town ~6 minutes to all restaurants and shops. We are ~10 minutes to Lander University and Self Regional Healthcare, ~10 minutes to Abbeville, and 45 minutes to Greenville/Anderson. We do have 4 children and you may hear them playing from time to time or running around outside but you do have your own PRIVATE entrance and sitting area. If you have children we welcome them to play with our children if they are outside. ***Please note this is a basement apartment and we have children so you may hear “footsteps” or them walking through our house, we do our best to be Courteous when we have guest but we do live here!
