New modern & minimalistic home minutes off of I5, Ten minutes from Ilani Casino

Two level family home in quiet new development. 2 bedrooms, 1 office with a rollaway bed, 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs. 2 Minutes from i5, ten minute drive from Ilani casino, multiple wineries, taprooms & breweries within 3 miles. Community features a playground, running trail and basketball court. 24 miles (32 minute drive) from downtown Portland and 23 miles from PDX airport. Ten minute drive from Sleep Country Amplitheater, minutes from Ridgefield wildlife refuge where you can bird watch, kayak the waterways or simply relax. This is a nice, new, but very minimal home. It will not be the place for you if you're looking for a "theme" in every room, books & board games to play during your stay, or a spacious yard and patio with many outdoor activities. In fact, the back yard is unfinished (as are many in this community since it is still being developed.) Please review photos, and ask any and all questions that you may have about the home! We are happy to help however we can. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, The second bedroom features a full size bed & a twin size bed, and the office has a twin size rollaway. This home sleeps six people max, but five comfortably depending on the sleeping arrangements. If you're looking for a VRBO home that is an experience in and of itself, this might not be the one for you. If you're looking for a new, simple, clean place to rest your head while you visit the casino, hit a concert, or check out some local breweries/wineries then this home would be a great option. Additional things to note: This home is two stories, all bedrooms and full bathrooms are upstairs and it is not wheelchair accessible. We also are excited to entertain longer term stays if that is something you're looking for. We offer a washer & dryer and high speed internet making this home a wonderful option if you're working from home/traveling for work.
