Are you looking for a "home away from home" feeling? Look no more. I have three cozy bedrooms in our home (The Great Escape, A Bird's View, and The Garden Room), along with a shared gathering space that includes a sofa, TV, refrigerator, and coffee bar. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the office with a pool view. Step outside to experience our backyard oasis. Weather permitting, enjoy the oversized rockers that surround a fire pit, hot tub, or pool for your use. The peaceful setting also includes a koi pond, and summer also brings beautiful butterflies that swarm the butterfly bushes. In addition to the rooms included in the "Listing description," our guests also have access to the kitchen, dining room, and office There is a grill outside that guests may use as well. These are shared areas. Depending on the number of guests included in the inquiry will determine how many of the three bedrooms will be available. These are private rooms in our home. Although my husband and I live in the home, we give our guests plenty of space. We do not use the pool or hot tub when we have guests. Visitors also have full access to our kitchen, dining area, and living room. There is also a fantastic screened-in porch with a swing, seating area, and table with chairs for use if guests would like to eat outside. Again, we leave this space for your use. Our goal is to give you as much privacy as possible. Chillicothe offers a variety of activities for everyone in the family to enjoy. We are minutes away from the Geode Yoga + Fitness, Great Seal Park, Hopewell Culture National Historic Park, Junction Earthworks Arc of Appalachia, Adena Mansion & Gardens, and Tecumseh! Outdoor Drama, The Chillicothe Paints Baseball, Southern Ohio Forest Rally, as well as many other attractions and sites. For a more detailed list, check out the Chillicothe Visitors Bureau. Downtown Chillicothe offers many restaurants, museums, and shops for all to enjoy. I've received a lot of questions about our pool, so I am adding additional information. It is a private pool, not a neighborhood pool. It is also a saltwater pool, and it is heated. Something else to keep in mind is that we are a pet-friendly home. As mentioned in the listing, we have four dogs that live with us. If you bring a pet, please let us know ahead of time. This is a nonsmoking home. Guests may NOT smoke in the home. If so, there will be a $250 fee.
