Large 4 bedroom and 3 full bathroom home beautifully decorated and in an amazing setting within a private street and only 5 homes around. Amazing fishing area and you will have access to launch your Boat & park trailer. Home is perfect for families and couples and we also welcome pets as there is no carpet and very clean - pets will have plenty of area to walk around on leash. Home is on a well water system so at first water smells like sulphur but is no harm let water run and it will be fine. Plenty of rooms three rooms with two twins in each and master room with a queen all beautifully decorated and all kitchen utensils and cookware- towels and all linens plus our own full washer and dryer and plenty place to park and grass area. Very nice and quiet area with easy access to St Johns River
