Serenity next to the city

Located on 10 acres of land next to a golf course a quarter mile off the road. Quiet and peaceful yet only one mile from the Kent City Limits. Bike and Hike trail across the street. Gracious living without the hassle. Separate office room equipped with large table and printer. This is perfect for getting together projects and presentations. Guest's will receive a code to gain access to open the door at time of check in via text. We are usually available 24/7 as we live on the top half of the house. Texting or calling our phone number is the best way to get in touch with us. Of course, in the unlikely event of an emergency, walk up the stairs and knock on the door for assistance. Quiet, safe! It is not uncommon to see deer right outside your door! It’s best, of course, to have a car or someone to pick you up. However, Uber is always any option and is easily accessible here. We are on the north side of Judson Road and have a Y shaped driveway out to the street. Drive straight back, about a quarter mile, and park at the end of the blacktop. Please don’t block the garage door. Walk towards the deck/garage to the white gravel sidewalk. Automatic lights will come on for your convenience. Follow the sidewalk down to the door off the red patio and push any number on the lock pad to activate and light it up. Insert your four number code and the deadbolt will open. It will relook after 15 minutes automatically. Welcome home!
