Magnolia Cottage Close to Lincoln Parish Park

The Magnolia Cottage is a fully equipped apt. attached to our home. You will be the only ones in the whole Cottage. There is a full kitchen. We are in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood of homes that each have approx. 2 acres outside the city limits of Ruston. The tranquility makes for a wonderful refuge. You will have access to a patio, private swimming pool (home) and plenty of outside seating with tables and umbrellas. We hope you will enjoy this serene setting & comfortable amenities. We have a 600 sq. ft. attached apartment that we call “Magnolia Cottage”. We have hosted guests for years and hope you will be one of them! The Cottage is outside the city limits but only about 15 minutes from town and all that our great college town has to offer. You have access to the whole cottage, including a full kitchen! You will be given privacy and help - whatever you need. We love our space and want to share it! You have access to a large pool, patio area with grill as well as a fire pit with hammocks close by if you should want them. There is a stacked washer and dryer in your private cottage. You have WiFi and cable tv for your use as well. All with no fee attached. We give you privacy during your stay with us. However, should you need us for something or have a question we are not far away when we are home - literally. If we should be gone you can text us anytime. We live in a wonderful neighborhood of homes on 2+ acres each. So you will see people, but have lots of privacy as well. Big trees and lots of squirrels and birds and other wildlife show up regularly. Such a haven of rest if you are needing it. Distance to special locations: Less than 10 minutes to our nationally known bike trails in Lincoln Parish Park. *15 minutes to Louisiana Tech University or downtown Ruston * 20 minutes to Grambling State University via I-20 * 30 minutes to West Monroe, LA * 35 minutes to Monroe, LA This nightly rate includes applicable local and state sales tax required by the state & local taxing authorities. We have a large yard with trees that make it possible to see lots of wildlife: birds, rabbits, squirrels, possum, armadillos, snakes, lizards, spiders and on occasion a deer. Every now and then one the neighborhood pets may show up as well.
