Tucked away in the quiet, alpine village of Oldesio in the comune Tignale, the apartment Depandance Silvy is an ideal holiday getaway among the olive trees and fragrant vegetation of the mountains surrounding Lake Garda. The apartment is situated on the ground floor and consists of a light-flooded living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a dishwasher and satellite television. In the outdoor area, guests are invited to enjoy fresh meals together on the private, furnished patio with a barbecue and to relax on the lawn. The highlight of the property is the shared pool on the roof of the building, equipped with sun loungers and parasols, which offers a stunning panoramic view of Lake Garda. A local restaurant is just 2 minutes walking from the apartment while a larger selection of shops, cafes, and bars, as well as an oil mill with tours in several languages are in the center of Gardola, which is a 4-minute drive or 2 km away. To reach the shores of Lake Garda, guests can drive about 10 minutes (7 km) to Porto Tignale and stretch out on the pebble beach before the glittering water. Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Limited air conditioning use in included in price but there is an extra fee if used throughout the majority of the day. The home owners live nearby and are available for questions.
