Our 2017 newly completed, barrier-free Non smoking apartments can accommodate up to 14 people, each have their own entrance, a private covered terrace with lounge furniture and a garden with sunbathing area. All apartments have their own parking spaces at the house, Wi-Fi, TV, underfloor heating, electric shutters, modern bathrooms with spacious shower, a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer a Kaffepadmaschine and various kitchen appliances. Pets are not possible. Sheets, towels, tea towels are also provided. Breakfast service available on request. Our apartments were rated in 2018 by DTV (German Tourist Board) with 4 stars. Our apartments are located in the immediate vicinity of the Rotweinwanderweg, the Ahrsteig hiking trail, the Are Castle, the viewpoint Black Cross, the Teufelsloch and the nature reserve Langfigtal. That invites Perfect to start a long hiking tours of different difficulty levels. The Ahr cycle path leads past the house. From here you can enjoy very nice bike rides z. B. Ahr up Eifel, Nürburgring or Blankenheim or Ahr down towards Ahrweiler, Remagen even up to Bonn undertake. Everything along the Ahr / Rhine.
