1st floor main unit of a duplex 2 bedrooms - each with queen sized bed 1 living room with full sized floor mattress 1 bathroom with 2 sinks and heated floors 100" projector tv with ps4, netflix and amazon (no cable) 1 dining room with table and chairs large front porch parking for 1 car on driveway street parking located close to downtown The space is rented part-time and there are some personal items in closets. The kitchen floor is slippery when wet. Take caution when it is raining. There is an additional basement in-law (with separate entrance) that I use part-time.
