Chewton School House

A Converted schoolroom from the 1960’s with hints of mid century decor and luxury finishes, this charming self contained property is located in the historic goldfields village of Chewton, a few minutes drive from Castlemaine. A quiet setting on the owners fully fenced property (safe for your pets) you have use of the BBQ and any of the veggies in the garden. Stroll to the Red Hill Hotel for a delicious meal, open Friday evening and weekends, and it’s a short drive to the Wesley Hill market which operates each Saturday morning, wineries and many other attractions are a short drive away. The building is separate from the main house so you have privacy and plenty of room to enjoy a meal or drink at the outdoor table. Tea/coffee and breakfast staples are included in the well equipped kitchenette. Access to the BBQ and your pets are most welcome!
