This quiet, and cozy rancher has everything that you could ask for on your holiday or business travels. The well-stocked pantry available for your use will allow you to prepare gourmet meals while visiting beautiful Vancouver Island. No matter what time of year you visit, you will be comfortable as I have recently added an efficient heat-pump / air conditioning unit. The property is fully fenced. located on a quiet street in the Saltair suburb of Chemainus on a 1/2 acre lot with plenty of outdoor space and a great patio with a BBQ during the warmer months. The kitchen has everything you need to create wonderful meals to bring with you as you explore the scenic landscape of beautiful Vancouver Island. No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. Note* This house occasionally hosts pets. The house is deep cleaned after each stay, but I can’t guarantee that it is 100% allergy free. I do have HEPA air filters installed in my climate control system to help with any allergies. You will have access to our entire home and yard. I may or may not be available to meet in person depending on my obligations at my business which is located in Duncan. I have a co-host who is available in emergencies. Located in the Heart of Chemainus my home is located close to many hiking trails, wineries, farmers markets, golf courses, mountain/trail biking. For those who enjoy boating, fishing, swimming or other water sports, Chemainus River, Fuller Lake and the Ocean are all minutes away. Some of my favourite spots in the area include: Ma Maison for a coffee, drink and breakfast or lunch. Riot Brewery to grab a beer and meet some locals. Sawmill Tap house for supper and their amazing pizza (my personal favourite is the Diavolo) Having a vehicle is recommended but there is a bus route nearby also. A mountain bike can be made available for your use and there is a beautiful walking / bike trail that runs directly behind the house. The trail connects to stocking creek park to the north and Riot Brewing, Ma Maison, Parallel 49 grocery store, and the Sawmill Tap house to the south.
