The Annexe at Christophers is part of a beautiful thatched Grade II listed cottage in the picturesque village of East Budleigh. The village is an oasis of calm away from the busy tourist areas of Devon yet within 3 mins drive of the beautiful south Devon coast at Budleigh Salterton and sandwiched between the bustling seaside towns of Sidmouth and Exmouth. The historic city of Exeter is a 30 min drive away. Please note that the address is Budleigh Hill, East Budleigh, not as shown. The space With it's own entrance, parking and garden, the annexe offers a luxurious home away home and is part of a 1500's traditional cob long house. Our aim is to preserve the historic nature of the house coupled with modern luxuries. The upstairs bedroom has a beautiful four poster bed, deep free standing bath and separate shower and WC. Please note, for guests using the sofa bed in the lounge, the bathroom forms part of the upstairs bedroom. Downstairs, the lounge has a stunning fireplace, 2 sofas, one of which can be converted into a sofa bed, cosy window seats and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, filtered water tap and Tassimo coffee machine. The annexe has its own garden with table and chairs, as well as a BBQ for you to enjoy as weather permits. Guest access East Budleigh is a small village with a local shop, it is easy to walk around.
